ACHIEVEMENTS IN RENEWABLE ENERGY:
Under the Governments policy to install Solar PV up to 30% of daily peak load in all inhabited islands of Maldives within next 4 years. Installed 4 megawatts of Solar PV to date under various projects, additional 4 megawatts contracted out this year. Major investments to scale up renewable energy installations planned for next year to improve our energy security and reduce our emission.
