Over the last decade, renewable energy technologies have dramatically improved, resulting in increased energy generation capacity coupled with greater affordability. This session will explore the technological advances in areas such as storage, mixed grid management, and smart meters, how Somalis can leapfrog to better quality products, and requisite infrastructure for new technology adoption.
