Jeffery Oden’s College Scholar presentation focuses on understanding water issues in Kansas for a sustainable future. Kansas is in a unique situation with large agricultural usage of ground and surface water, and the municipal use of surface water. All of this has to be managed through programs that are sustainable and safe. Recorded 12-5-2017 at Johnson County Community College.
