Heliene and Premier Energies announce JV to construct US-based sun cellular production facility

Provider of North American-made solar PV modules Heliene Inc and Indian solar cell manufacturing company Premier Energies have announced a joint plan for a US-based joint venture to creat a solar cell manufacturing facility in the US to produce an annual aggregate capacity of 1 GW NTyp cells to supply Heliene’s US cell requirement as well as Premier’s.
