TRENDE Inc., has announced plans to acquire ONE Energy Corporation’s renewable energy business. The acquisition includes ONE Energy’s battery storage rental, solar leasing, and rooftop solar generation businesses. The transaction is expected to close on Oct. 1, 2024.
