World trade and market for carbon credit to be introduced

A Singapore-based global exchange and marketplace for carbon credits is set to be launched by the end of the year to help firms meet their sustainability targets. Climate Impact X will allow firms to buy and sell credits to offset their emissions. It is a joint venture by DBS Bank, Singapore Exchange, Standard Chartered and Temasek.
